What you are getting: a 45 minute personalized consult discussing your destinations, the type of traveler you are, your planned activities, as well as your vaccine history. We will discuss your recommended medications and vaccinations as well as discuss general travel health recommendations. We will also discuss the retainer option in more detail including the cost and services. After the call you will receive this same information in written form to share with your PCP to have your medications and vaccinations prescribed as well as the retainer proposal.
When it will be delivered: within 3 business days of completing the consult visit you will receive a detailed list of the vaccines and medications recommended to be prescribed by your PCP for each traveler along with additional destination specific travel education as well as the retainer proposal.
How it works: Fill out the form below, including the number of traveler’s who will be participating in the consult within each defined age group. After completing the form, you will receive an email that includes a link to sign a Telehealth consent as well as a link to upload your vaccine records. A signed consent is required for each participating traveler.
Cost: $250 for the first traveler + $100 for each additional traveler - for up to 2 countries. $TBD for retainer based on length of the trip and destinations.
